Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in commercial banking/lending with extensive credit analysis.
• Thorough understanding of bank credit policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Aid analysis and structuring of new transactions and manage assigned credit portfolio.
• Document transactions, renewals, and amendments with counsel.
• Lead due diligence from negotiations through portfolio management post-close.
• Assess risks and mitigants, balance risk/reward, monitor credit metrics.
• Form independent views and defend positions with senior leadership.
• Collaborate to move transactions forward and develop internal relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to credit policy improvements.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to solve problems.
