Job summary

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) in Plano, TX seeks a strategic leader as VP of Supply Chain Operations and GPO Implementation. This executive role directs onboarding of new members to HealthTrust GPO and drives analytics and cost-savings initiatives.

The position oversees a team of directors, managers and analysts, partners with CEOs, COOs and CFOs, and delivers reliable, compliant supply chain solutions aligned with corporate initiatives and member needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience with at least 5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred but other industries acceptable.
• Lean/process or project management certification/desireable.
• Leadership in designing and maintaining an organizational structure to achieve goals.
• Experience standardizing complex processes; change management and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive membership implementation strategy for new CHC members.
• Lead budgeting, training, performance reviews, and business reviews for the team.
• Improve core business processes to enhance member experience.
• Deliver executive presentations on strategies and programs.
• Ensure policy alignment with membership implementations and compliance.
