Remixtherapeutics is seeking a Program Team Leader (PTL) for REM-422, who will be accountable for strategic direction and operational execution. The ideal candidate will integrate clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions into a cohesive team aimed at achieving successful program approval and commercialization.

The role requires over 15 years of drug development experience, preferably with extensive knowledge in oncology. The position offers a competitive salary range between $293,000 - $358,000 USD, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of drug development experience in clinical, regulatory, and Tech Ops, preferably in oncology.
• Demonstrated leadership role on a late-stage asset through pivotal trials and global submissions.
• Hands-on resource allocation experience against development milestones.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall REM-422 program strategy and execution excellence.
• Manage cross-functional integration for maximizing value.
• Develop and present program updates to leadership.
