Precision Strategies seeks a Vice President to lead digital strategy within the Strategic Communications team in New York, NY or Washington DC. You will guide high-impact, integrated campaigns, manage senior client relationships, and mentor teams across strategy, data, creative and paid media.

The role offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, and a flexible hybrid plan. The salary range for this role is $135,000-170,000, commensurate on experience and level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally including direct client management in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff across multiple projects and teams.
• Experience working with multiple large clients simultaneously and delivering strategic outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for digital campaigns.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management discipline.
• Creative, energized, and entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of high-impact integrated communications strategies and materials.
• Leads media strategy across initiatives and shapes storylines to advance client narratives.
• Owns client relationships and manages multiple large-scale projects and accounts.
• Champions cross-functional collaboration across strategy, data, creative, and paid media teams.
• Executes complex projects end-to-end with high-quality outputs and clear work plans.
