Job summary

ITS Logistics, an Echo Global Logistics company, seeks an accomplished enterprise sales professional to drive new business in pharma and life sciences. You will sell the ITS + Roadtex D&F platform and build a pipeline from scratch.

You will engage senior executives, design integrated solutions, coordinate pricing, and lead multi‑stakeholder pursuits to close complex deals. This role offers high earnings potential with commissions.

Qualifications

7+ years selling 3PL warehouse and fulfillment solutions.
Consistently closed $12M+ annual new-logo revenue in food/beverage/nutrition space.
Built pipeline independently, not from marketing programs or handed account lists.
Active hunter, closing new business rather than renewing accounts.
Sales focus on warehouse and fulfillment, not transportation brokerage or TMS.
Experience selling into food, beverage, nutrition, or CPG with OTIF/MABD requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business within pharma and life sciences vertical.
Sell the ITS + Roadtex D&F platform: ambient omnichannel fulfillment and temp-controlled warehousing.
Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch.
Coordinate pricing and lead pursuit cycles through close.
Engage VP and C-suite supply-chain, logistics, and procurement contacts.
Build multi-service proposals and ROI models combining warehousing, VAS, and transportation.
Work with ITS and Roadtex ops and pricing to validate solutions before proposals.
Use Echo enterprise accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities.
Keep CRM clean with accurate deal values, stages, timelines, and probabilities.
Transition closed accounts to Enterprise Account Management and stay involved as needed.
