Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in software development, data analytics, or related technology disciplines.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience at the Director level or above.
- Experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
- Financial services or credit union experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise strategy across software development, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
- Align technology initiatives with organizational priorities, digital transformation goals, and member experience objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, innovation opportunities, and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Contribute to enterprise strategic planning, including growth initiatives, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise and member-facing applications.
- Drive modernization through cloud-native, API-driven, and Microsoft Azure-based architectures.
- Ensure technology solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Promote Agile and DevOps practices that improve speed, quality, and business value.
- Lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Oversee the development of modern data platforms, including cloud-based data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics solutions.
- Enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Define and advance Harborstone's AI and machine learning strategy to enhance operational efficiency and member experiences.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that create measurable business impact.
- Establish and lead enterprise data governance practices, including data ownership, quality, stewardship, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for software development, data, and analytics teams.
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management efforts.

The salary range for this position is $144,150 to $216,225 annually.
