Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software or reliability engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with observability built in.
• Establish and manage SLI/SLOs; drive blameless post-incident reviews and durable improvements.
• Lead incident response for latency-sensitive, high-throughput trade lifecycle systems.
• Develop event-driven architectures and data processing pipelines for high-throughput environments.
• Apply risk acumen to change management, capacity planning, and resilience testing.
• Collaborate with global teams to modernize platforms using AI-driven tools.
