If you haven’t heard about fractional leadership, it’s a growing area in small-to-mid-sized businesses. Smaller enterprises cannot afford top-level talent but need it desperately. By engaging a salesQB fractional sales leader, companies can get the talent they need at a price they can afford.

For a half-day each week, a fractional Sales VP follows our six-step system to provide improved sales process, efficiency, sales enablement, and one-on-one coaching.

Top applicants will have a background in sales management, sales improvement, and/or sales coaching.

This is a hybrid position working in the local market onsite with the client occasionally and remotely when it’s not needed to be onsite.

Our hiring process is different than what you might be used to. We don’t believe that step one in a hiring process should be to subject you to heavy vetting because it assumes that there is a good mutual fit.
