Job summary

State Street seeks an ADS Risk & Performance Ready Data Lead to head the ADS Analytics team. You will shape a service model interoperable with third-party risk vendors and the Alpha platform, coordinating across product and delivery teams.

Lead the operational control framework, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive client-focused solutions and revenue growth in the data management domain.

Qualifications

• The role requires a university degree in computer science, data management or financial services technical field.
• CFA Qualifications.
• 15+ years in data management, product and market data roles.
• Good knowledge of Axioma/MSCI/Factset/BBG Port.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize a service model for risk and performance ready data.
• Develop client servicing model with Alpha Product and Global Delivery.
• Integrate Alpha platform with risk, performance and analytics across datasets.
• Engage with Alpha solutioning teams and clients to implement control framework.
• Work with Alpha sales to create client awareness and generate revenues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of client servicing teams to meet SLA & KPIs.
• Contribute to software quality improvements and monitoring tools.
