Job summary

The VP, Implementation at EnableComp oversees all aspects of new and existing client implementations, onboarding, and solution design, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction across healthcare contracts.

You will lead an implementation team, coordinate with IT and business units, drive process improvements, and manage change with executive stakeholders while aligning roadmaps and strategies to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
• 10+ years implementing complex, enterprise SaaS software.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation team responsible for software-based product implementations.
• Provide leadership to internal resources and clients for solution design.
• Develop processes to plan and measure delivery time, quality, and satisfaction.
• Align IT roadmap with business objectives across departments.
• Plan and execute internal change management and integration efforts.
• Support sales with pricing, proposals, and client meetings as needed.
