Provident Bank in New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Real Estate professional to originate, evaluate, and structure complex loan requests while assisting senior lenders with loan production and portfolio management. Under general direction, this CRE position is responsible for origination, evaluation and structuring of complex loan requests and transactions. Additional responsibilities will include portfolio management for team portfolio assisting senior lenders with loan production, cross‑selling other Bank products and services and increasing the bank’s visibility in the marketplace. This position is considered the less experienced job in the job family.
Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels usually are moderate. May also involve travel to customers and property locations.

$123,900 - $203,600 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job‑related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
