Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in banking, preferably in risk management or compliance.
• Experience managing regulatory affairs and teams or prior experience at a regulatory agency.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and Sanctions Compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Oversee the bank examination process for compliance-related regulatory exams.
• Manage escalations related to regulatory matters.
