Qualifications

• Track record delivering cloud-based applications at scale; P&L ownership
• Experience hiring and growing large engineering organizations across geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead the Messaging and Streaming Services organization across AWS, owning strategy, delivery, and operations
• Direct geographically distributed teams to build high-performance streaming and messaging systems
• Balance open-source vs AWS-native solutions and drive adoption across services
• Collaborate with AWS leadership to align with Data, Analytics, Serverless, and Storage teams
