Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank, seeks a Real Estate Valuation and Advisory professional to conduct financial research and lead client engagements in REVS. You will analyze operating statements, build cash flow models, and present valuations to clients while mentoring junior team members.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree and 3 years of RE analysis experience, with strong proficiency in Excel and ARGUS. Up to 5% travel may be required.

Formación

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Real Estate, Architecture-Engineering-Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• 3 years of real estate analysis experience including identifying and analyzing comparable property sales and leases and performing cash flow modeling.
• Experience with ARGUS and Excel for revenues, costs, and investment performance; ability to model property performance from statements.
• Ability to present financial analyses and recommendations to internal and external clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements in the Real Estate Valuation and Advisory practice and contribute to revenue growth.
• Analyze real estate operating statements and valuation parameters to estimate value and returns.
• Oversee analysts and associates across a range of real estate asset classes and transactions.
• Travel up to 5% domestically for site visits as part of valuation engagements.
