Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or related field with 5 years of experience.
• Experience managing technically complex, cross-divisional projects and communicating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business analysis plans outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Clarify project requirements to support development of technical solutions meeting client needs.
• Liaise between stakeholders, users and product engineers; prioritize initiatives by business needs.
• Own and drive planning, prioritization and delivery of new products and features.
• Ensure quality of project items; deliver engaging, well-organized presentations; communicate sensitive information tactfully.
• Drive cloud migration plans and cloud adoption; design training and support management.
• Act as Scrum Master and advocate Agile methodologies.
