Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for the GRC, GSP, and ARM portfolios.

This executive will shape portfolio direction, drive customer value, growth, and adoption while guiding Product Directors and Analysts across Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management in enterprise software or SaaS.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and/or Product Directors.
• Ownership of a complex multi-product portfolio with strategy, roadmaps and cross-functional execution.
• Experience launching, scaling, modernizing, integrating, migrating, or rationalizing enterprise software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for GRC, GSP, and ARM.
• Build portfolio strategy with clear differentiation across products.
• Lead product discovery, research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop business cases and value-realization plans; own outcomes related to growth, retention, adoption.
• Coach and develop product directors and managers; ensure standards across teams.
• Partner with Development on technical strategy and with go-to-market on launches and pricing.
• Make lifecycle decisions about investments, modernization, migration, or retirement.
