Education

Required – Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field.

Work Experience

Required – 10 years of experience leading multi-functional team(s) to deliver organizational scale for products, programs, and other engineering initiatives. Experience managing multifunctional teams including product managers, analytics, user experience, and software development.

Job Duties
  • Makes tradeoff decisions on what products to invest Connected Health time in, assesses nebulous products, and sets requirements.

  • Invents channels with customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify problem areas that technology can solve and autonomously owns business case for new product ideas.

  • Assessments partnerships to drive make versus buy decisions to improve the patient offering.

  • Influences and communicates the product roadmap across business, operations, and software stakeholders.

  • Defines the growth strategy for a portfolio of products, modeling impact both financially and to patient experience, communicates tradeoff decisions to stakeholders and convince senior leaders to invest in a product, and owns tradeoff decisions on how to best resource.

  • Proactively identifies barriers to product scale, partners with more junior product leaders to write business case to further investment in the product, influences leadership to invest in required scale, and serves as decision-maker on where to make product investments.

  • Invents the metrics for a portfolio of products and institutes mechanisms to hold product leaders accountable to driving the most important product features using said metrics.

  • Makes organizational design decisions that impacts trajectory of products and the overall Connected Health Product Team, owns the business case, and creates a sphere of influence across stakeholder groups to attain necessary resources for product scale.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
