You will develop complex financial models, guide associates and analysts, and present valuation conclusions to clients and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes due diligence, leadership, business development, and thought leadership across service lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in financial services at the Vice President level.
• Prior structured‑product valuation or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance and valuation.
• Advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing analysts/associates or other personnel.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the desire and willingness to support a growing practice.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common database systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and financial due diligence sessions with clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance towards valuing structured and asset‑backed investments.
• Lead the valuation review process and direct the efforts of Associates and Financial Analysts.
• Present valuation analyses and conclusions internally and externally.
• Manage client deliverables and ensure quality control of all outputs.
• Build and review complex financial models to value securities or transaction structures.
• Assist in quality control, execution, and industry consultation across the platform.
• Develop content, thought leadership, and collaborate across service lines.
• Prepare fee proposals to clients, including scoping discussions and pricing memoranda.
• Pitch engagements and lead business‑development initiatives.
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with current and prospective clients.
