Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, programs, or technology with portfolio or program leadership at scale.
• Operational management, change readiness, and enterprise release/deployment experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design fundamentals, and data analytics.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and influence outcomes across groups.
• Experience operating in an agile environment with strong control orientation.
• Inclusive leadership developing talent and collaborating across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team to manage activities and delivery outcomes across the Securities Services portfolio.
• Direct activities that optimize portfolio governance and change spend, aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex programs, establishing clear standards for program owners.
• Proactively identify and escalate key risks with data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Promote consistency, best practices, and disciplined controls across supported lines of business and functions.
• Build portfolio collateral and synthesize insights to inform decision-making and enhance investment governance.
• Develop and maintain relationships to monitor trends and evolve approaches, technologies, and channels.
