The ideal candidate blends advanced portfolio structuring with strong client communication, deep knowledge of banking fiduciary procedures, and a track record of managing multi-asset allocations across cycles. CFA/MBA preferred; 8+ years of experience required; banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of direct experience in investment management, portfolio management, trust investments, or high-net-worth wealth advisory.
• Strong understanding of bank fiduciary procedures, trust accounting structures, portfolio analytics tools, and core business software.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, execute, and monitor highly customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trust accounts.
• Lead fiduciary guidance and client relationship activities alongside Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers; provide performance reviews and market education.
• Conduct macroeconomic, equity, and fixed-income research; ensure adherence to fiduciary standards and internal governance.
• Partner with business development to support client presentations, proposals, and regional wealth asset growth.
