Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Architecture & Security Platform to lead architecture, security, and AI-native product strategy for its next generation digital products and services.

The role oversees architecture standards across Global Products, security-by-design, and developer-facing APIs, partnering with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams to accelerate innovation and growth.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles at startups and large enterprises.
Networking domain knowledge and ability to lead a team of network architects.

Responsibilities

AI software incubation for Security Applications and services across L7 and app security domains.
Sovereign security platforms strategy, roadmap, and automation capabilities.
Architecture leadership for Global Products and cloud-native, DevSecOps practices.
Engineering governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement across product areas.
Programmable Interfaces (API) roadmap and governance for developer-facing interfaces.
