Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Creative Leader to head the Performance Creative unit within its Media team in Denver. You will drive full-funnel, insight-driven creative across paid social, display, video, UGC, and emerging platforms, guiding cross-functional teams and executive client relationships.

You will champion AI-driven creative, test-and-learn approaches, and scalable production processes to deliver measurable business outcomes for growth brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative leadership, preferably in performance or growth marketing.
• 4+ years leading multidisciplinary teams with direct client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience scaling creative for paid social, display, video and new channels.
• Proven ability to tie creative strategy to performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy for the Performance Creative unit within the Media team.
• Guide client and team work across paid social, display, video, and emerging platforms.
• Leverage testing, insights, and analytics to drive ideation and optimization.
• Own P&L, revenue and client retention for performance creative accounts.
