Job summary

Navigate Search is seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee the enhancement and continuous improvement of our Outsourced Multifamily Office (OMFO) practices in Portland.

You will couple established policies with innovative, tailored services to deliver a world-class experience for ultra-high net worth clients with complex needs, partnering with internal groups, external relationships, and clients directly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or combination of education and experience.
• Track record of success building and scaling Ultra High AUM Multi-Family Office(s).
• Experience setting group goals and objectives and creating policies.
• Ability to initiate change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain compensation administration, performance management, training needs, staffing and capacity management.
• Set goals and objectives for assigned group.
• Responsible for all budgeting/planning/project schedules.
• Create, implement, and maintain all policies and procedures within assigned teams/areas.
• Implement and adopt marketing materials and initiatives.
• Work in tandem with Compliance, HR, and Legal.
• Implement firm wide policies and procedures.
• Oversee development of knowledge and training materials.
• Coordinate efforts with other applicable groups.
• Oversee interactions and relationships with external vendors and business partners.
• Partner and develop operational flows within the FO group as well as associated groups including Portfolio Evaluation, Financial Planning, Sales Conversion, Client Development, and Global Custody Management
