Job summary

Namecheap is seeking a VP of Web Presence to define and execute the long-term strategy for our hosting and site-creation portfolio. You will lead multiple product leaders, integrating Shared Hosting, VPS, Alf Website Builder, and AI-forward features into a cohesive portfolio with clear audiences and upgrade paths.

You will align product, engineering, marketing, CX, and finance around priorities, drive growth, and shape pricing strategy while expanding AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in the web presence industry (hosting/website builders) and ability to scale a product portfolio.
• Technical fluency in hosting infrastructure to engage credibly with engineering on architecture and innovation.
• Proven track record bringing AI-powered features to market and scaling adoption.
• Strong commercial and portfolio strategy capability, including pricing and lifecycle optimization.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure economics and platform dynamics.
• Experience leading senior product leaders and aligning cross-functional teams at scale.
• Structured, data-driven operator with a track record of driving growth and margin expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product teams across the hosting and site-creation portfolio through their leaders.
• Define long-term strategy, roadmap, and pricing for Shared Hosting, VPS, Website Builder.
• Align Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Finance around priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Shape AI-forward direction and agentic experiences at scale within the portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into portfolio decisions.
