The role partners with senior leaders to prioritize opportunities, orchestrate cross‑functional execution, and drive data‑driven solutions.

You will guide strategy execution, manage complex programs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with several years in management.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services sector preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high-value initiatives and align them with priorities.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Leads process redesign with data-driven thinking and technology enablement.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with tech and business leaders.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and change management across the organization.
• Acts as a trusted advisor with executive presence and clear communication.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement.
