Job summary

The Hire Mark is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cycle in Los Angeles, CA to lead the Accounts Receivable function across a growing senior care portfolio. The role demands executive leadership over all revenue cycle operations with emphasis on AR management, collections, and reimbursement optimization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in revenue cycle leadership, strong multi-site experience, and deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading Accounts Receivable operations in senior care settings.
• Proven success improving AR, cash flow, and collections.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial reimbursement.
• Experience overseeing multi-site revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for AR and revenue cycle operations.
• Develop strategies to improve cash collections and reduce aging.
• Oversee billing, collections, posting, denial management, and appeals.
• Monitor DSO, aging, denial rates, and reimbursement trends.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with payer billing requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Executive teams.
• Develop and mentor revenue cycle leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities through technology and best practices.
• Prepare executive reports on revenue cycle performance.
