Job summary

State Street in Burlington, MA is seeking a Client Enablement – Functional Specialist (Front Office) to drive adoption of the Charles River Investment Management solution. You will partner with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams to maximize platform usage and align client workflows with best practices.

You will interact with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable product guidance, help shape engagement strategies, and contribute to ongoing roadmap

Qualifications

• Experience in product management and business analysis in investment management or financial services tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in a technical setting.
• Experience working with remote teams and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative, set priorities and work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Understand front office use cases and usage patterns for portfolio managers, traders, compliance users, and related personas.
• Document key requirements, identify adoption gaps, and develop plans to increase usage and user satisfaction.
• Contribute to client heatmaps to identify focus areas for adoption.
• Provide leadership, design feedback, and solution-building input where gaps exist.
• Contribute to near and long-term product roadmaps and align with sales, implementation, and service teams.
