Job summary

Handshake is hiring a VP of Product for Handshake AI to own strategy, roadmap, and execution at scale. You will lead a growing PM team across multi-modal data and platform pods, shaping the product vision and aligning it with business growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, and GTM to translate market needs into a coherent, scalable product roadmap and to drive revenue enablement and operating efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, including 4+ years as a senior product leader managing other PMs and managers, ideally at a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and vision for Handshake AI across data modalities and platforms.
• Lead and grow a product organization with PMs across modalities and pods.
• Own executive prioritization and trade-off decisions with clarity to the board.
• Define metrics and accountability for product success and growth.
• Build partnerships with Engineering, Design, Operations, and GTM.
• Scale the platform to handle diverse customers, data types, and volumes.
