Job summary

Urrly seeks a Vice President of Operations to own day-to-day operating and financial performance across multi-site physician‑practice networks in Houston and beyond. You will report to the CEO, partner with physicians and leaders, and drive clear priorities with simple operating rhythms.

The role offers enterprise scope and a path toward Senior VP and COO responsibility as growth warrants, with travel across markets and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience expected.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in MSO/PPM/PE-backed healthcare-services or ambulatory platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operating and financial performance across practices and markets.
• Build KPI reviews, SOPs, decision rights, meeting cadences, and escalation paths.
• Improve staffing, scheduling, patient access, revenue cycle, patient experience, and site-level results.
• Lead integrations of practices, markets, systems, and service lines from planning through adoption.
• Hire, coach, and hold leaders accountable across levels.
• Partner with physicians, CEO, finance, HR, recruiting, IT/EMR, compliance, facilities, legal, and marketing to execute strategy.
