Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations at senior leadership levels.
• Proven track record as VP of Operations, General Manager, or similar top-tier role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities, overseeing production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and overall operational performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, and working capital.
• Lead manufacturing transformation initiatives including relocations, consolidations, expansions, capital investments, and standardization.
• Evaluate capabilities, capacity, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Partner with executive and commercial leadership to align operations with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition transition of manufacturing assets.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, capex plans, performance metrics, and financial forecasts while mentoring leadership teams.
