Career Launch is seeking a VP of Operations in the San Francisco Bay Area to partner with partner employers for senior leadership roles and to scale critical operating functions with disciplined systems and sound judgment.

The role emphasizes translating executive priorities into actionable plans, building scalable processes, and coordinating across leaders and external partners to drive measurable outcomes. Base compensation ranges from $210,000 to $330,000 per year.

Formación

• Substantial experience leading the relevant operating, legal, people, or executive function.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and written and verbal communication.
• A record of improving systems and delivering outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Comfort working directly with executives on ambiguous and sensitive priorities.

• Own strategy, operating cadence, and measurable outcomes for the assigned function.
• Translate executive priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and decision points.
• Build repeatable systems that improve speed, quality, accountability, and risk management.
• Coordinate high-stakes work across leaders, teams, and external partners.
• Surface risks early and provide concise recommendations supported by evidence.
• Develop team capability through hiring, coaching, documentation, and performance management.
