Uline is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead one of North America’s largest direct marketing programs. You will steer the strategy for catalog, digital marketing and email to reach millions of customers across 45,000+ products from our corporate HQ in Wisconsin.

Lead a high-performing marketing organization, shape long-term growth, and partner with executive leadership to drive investments. Requires 15+ years in direct/catalog marketing and MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of direct marketing, catalog and print marketing experience.
• Proven success leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing large marketing investments.

Responsibilities

• Direct Uline’s large-scale catalog and print marketing strategy across channels.
• Shape integrated marketing to reach audiences and strengthen relationships.
• Measure campaign ROI and optimize investments for growth.
• Lead and develop marketing directors and managers.
• Partner with executives to align initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.
