Job summary

Top Stack, a growing organization in the United States, seeks a VP of Marketing to provide strategic leadership across its marketing function and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and marketing performance.

You will lead the marketing team, oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns, and partner with senior leadership to align marketing with company goals. A strong track record in retail or manufacturing and cross‑functional leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience including senior leadership.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong experience across digital, brand, communications, and customer-focused marketing.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in retail or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working across B2B and B2C environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership

• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to lead through change and manage multiple priorities

Location:
