Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in high-technology industries with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, ISO, CMMI, CMMC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute manufacturing strategy aligned with product roadmap.
• Oversee manufacturing activities including assembly and system integration.
• Lead new product introduction processes from DFM/DFA to production.
