Job summary

Dragos, a global leader in xOT cybersecurity, seeks a visionary VP of IT to join the executive team and drive the enterprise technology strategy for a rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will scale platforms, accelerate responsible AI adoption, and ensure digital capabilities support a global workforce.

You will own IT strategy, governance, budget, and partner with the CISO to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure and business platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT or business technology
• 5-7+ years in senior IT leadership
• M&A IT integration experience, ideally across multiple transactions
• Business platform ownership: ERP, CRM, and the architecture connecting them
• Experience building global support across multiple regions and time zones
• Budget ownership with cost discipline
• Experience with security partnerships (CISO)
• Strategic business leader as well as technology leader

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise IT strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap
• Design and stand up IT operating model scalable to 2,000+ employees
• Own AI adoption across the business, ensuring value within security standards
• Own corporate infrastructure, AI, cloud, network connectivity and digital workplace
• Build global IT support and service management across regions
• Own IT service management maturity (incident, request, change, asset, config)
• Develop M&A IT integration playbook covering identity, endpoints, networks, and systems
• Own enterprise data and analytics platform governance and self-service reporting
• Partner with CxO peers and act as trusted advisor on tech-enabled decisions
• Own IT operating and capital budget, and vendor/SaaS lifecycle management
• Build and develop IT leadership team with succession planning
• Collaborate with CISO as a peer on security and telemetry
