Job description

Build a Safer World.

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.

TRM is hiring a VP of Global Growth to lead our next stage of expansion, building a global growth organization that delivers repeatable, scalable, and efficient growth.

You will own global pipeline generation across the company and the customer journey from initial awareness through to a sales-accepted opportunity. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, be a key member of our Growth Leadership Team, and lead teams across growth strategy, digital and lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations and analytics. You will establish attribution, experimentation, and funnel visibility to understand what’s working, address what isn’t, and guide TRM on where to invest to drive growth.

The impact you will have:

  • Own the pipeline generation plan. Translate revenue targets into pipeline requirements by market, region, offering, and customer type. Account for conversion rates and sales cycles, agree contributions with other revenue leaders, and own the consolidated plan and response to gaps.

  • Find and attack the bottlenecks. Map how accounts and buyers move from awareness to qualified opportunities, define the entry and exit criteria for each stage, and identify where progress stalls. Work with Sales to improve handoffs and use win/loss results to sharpen targeting and programs.

  • Lead the full demand generation engine. Integrate demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle, account-based marketing (ABM), field marketing, and digital into a coordinated strategy that generates qualified pipeline across global pods. Connect events, executive programs, content, and coordinated sales outreach to explicit pipeline goals.

  • Build digital and lifecycle capabilities. Lead paid search and social, organic search and AI discovery, website conversion, landing pages, nurture, and reactivation. Understand how these channels work together and where additional investment can generate qualified pipeline efficiently.

  • Increase experimentation velocity. Diagnose where the growth engine underperforms, prioritize high-impact hypotheses, and establish a fast, disciplined cadence of experiments across audiences, channels, campaigns, and conversion paths. Use AI to accelerate targeting, campaign operations, content production, and analysis while maintaining quality.

  • Build a stunning team and culture. Develop the existing team, recruit critical talent, and set clear responsibilities across shared capabilities and market teams. Own the budget and agency relationships, establish a disciplined operating rhythm, and use AI and automation to increase the team’s capacity and speed.

  • Executive leadership: Serve as the executive voice for pipeline generation, advising the CRO, CEO, and broader leadership team on pipeline performance, investment tradeoffs, and opportunities across markets and customer segments.

What we’re looking for:

  • A track record of owning and growing qualified pipeline in an enterprise technology business with complex buying groups and long sales cycles. You can explain the targets, investment decisions, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes behind your results.

  • Quantitative fluency and sound judgment with imperfect data. You can build a funnel model, pressure-test attribution, evaluate acquisition economics, and design useful experiments when volumes are too small for simple A/B tests.

  • A track record driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion, with a rigorous understanding of conversion, acquisition economics, and payback.

  • Deep full-funnel expertise, from awareness and MQL generation through opportunity creation, Sales handoffs, and downstream pipeline outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success building multitouch attribution, marketing analytics, and forecasting models that improve investment decisions and reveal where the funnel is underperforming.

  • A disciplined approach to experimentation, with evidence of increasing testing velocity and translating learning into measurable improvements in qualified pipeline and conversion.

  • Experience leading demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM, digital, and regional or field marketing, supported by strong marketing operations and data analytics.

  • Applied AI fluency: you can show how you have used AI to improve campaign operations, targeting, content velocity, forecasting, or attribution, with appropriate quality controls.

  • A track record hiring and developing leaders and building an operating model that creates accountability across teams and functions.

  • Multi-region experience across NA, APAC, and EMEA, ideally including public-sector or regulated-buyer motions, with the judgment to tailor strategy by market and segment.

  • Strong executive communication and GTM partnership. You can align leaders on the growth plan, challenge assumptions with evidence, and move comfortably between revenue outcomes and campaign detail.

This role may be a fit if you…

  • Have willed extraordinarily ambitious programs and teams into existence

  • Look at a funnel and immediately hypothesize about bottlenecks and experiments to run

  • Are as energized by developing a market strategy as you are by building a campaign, rewriting a landing page, or fixing a broken handoff

  • Experiment constantly with AI and find yourself teaching others how to uplevel their usage

  • Need to be at a company where you can draw a straight line from the work you do to a positive impact in your community

Life at TRM

We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day.

TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

At TRM, you should expect:

  • Priorities and targets to change quickly as we experiment and iterate

  • Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity

  • A high level of personal ownership and accountability

  • Close collaboration across teams and functions

  • Frequent, high-touch communication

  • Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking

  • A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes

This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires comfort navigating ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment.

We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here.

At the same time, many people find this work deeply rewarding. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute. AI Fluency at TRM

AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM.

We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.

At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to:

  • Accelerate repeatable workflows

  • Structure and solve problems

  • Improve output quality

  • Increase speed and leverage

You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process.

Leadership Principles

We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They’re the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.

  • Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.

  • Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday.

  • Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger.

Join our Mission

At TRM, we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter, who experiment with speed and rigor, and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people. If you’re excited by TRM’s mission but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply — we hire for slope, judgment, and the will to learn fast.
