The role partners with Segment Strategy, drives pricing, margin and cash outcomes, and oversees governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Segment Strategy Team to shape strategy and priorities.
• Own the segment plan, budget, forecasts and performance cadence.
• Drive pricing, margin and profitability, capex and working capital.
• Ensure accurate reporting, controls and risk escalation.
• Lead the Segment finance team and coordinate with global finance.
