Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
• 10+ years managing senior finance and accounting professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCAA, DCMA, GAAP and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to develop and execute the division's financial strategy.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and corporate policies.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and financial governance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; due diligence as needed.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Contracts, IT, and Business Development.
