Qualifications

• Experience leading finance in a fast-growing company.
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling across multiple scenarios.
• Ability to manage liquidity, working capital, and cash flow.
• Knowledge of ACA compliance is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Read the AR aging like a weather map and act before storms hit
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives
• Flag variance the moment it appears, not after the quarter closes
• Turn raw ledgers into forecasts the finance team can actually plan against
• Run weekly cash positioning and short-term borrowing decisions
• Own grant compliance so Power Plus Group never returns a restricted dollar
• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Greensboro, NC team
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts down to the last cent
