Qualifications

• Progressive finance experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
• Strong financial modeling, FP&A, and business partnering skills.
• Experience building budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes from the ground up.
• Comfort presenting to a board and partnering with operations to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting by business segment across locations.
• Develop dashboards and models that drive actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to protect and grow profitability.
• Oversee monthly reporting with variance analysis and robust analytics.
• Support acquisitions through financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Build the finance infrastructure to scale with growth to $100M, $250M, and beyond.
