• Proven ability to deliver metrics-driven results in freelance or flexible structures.
• Strong storytelling to translate complex numbers into decisions.

• Minimum 13 years behind financial estimates.
• Ability to surface risks proactively before they materialize.
• 14+ years of experience building strong instincts and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly investor reporting and data-driven financial narratives.
• Close the books each month without missing deadlines at HealthFirst Medical Group.
• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding.
• Reconcile the loan amortization schedule against every lender statement.
