• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
• Reproduce the employee-centric bug from the Roseville field report, then make it impossible again
• Prototype rough Elasticsearch ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in CodeCraft Solutions's stack
• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across staging and production
• Spike a Spring Boot proof of concept fast when CodeCraft Solutions needs a yes-or-no answer
