Dipp AI Technologies seeks a proven engineering leader to build and scale the team delivering Orcher for regulated enterprises. You will own the control plane roadmap, release discipline, and the group that carries it, with responsibilities across architecture reviews, audits, and customer-facing security questions.
In a hands-on, high‑impact role, you will hire and mentor senior engineers, set the operating cadence, and drive reliability and security posture while aligning with product strategy
Build and lead the engineering organisation that ships Orcher into regulated enterprises.
You will own engineering execution for the Orcher control plane: the roadmap, the release discipline, and the team that carries both. Today that is a small senior group; within a year it is a multi-team organisation covering control plane, identity, evidence, data boundary, and product engineering.
The role is hands‑on at the architecture level and accountable at the business level. You will sit in design‑partner security reviews, defend architectural decisions to enterprise CISOs and auditors, and translate what you hear there into engineering priorities.
We are looking for a leader who has scaled an engineering team through the stage where informal coordination stops working, without importing process that slows a small team down.
