Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Vice President of Digital Marketing to shape our North American growth engine and lead a high-impact in-house marketing team on-site in Wisconsin. You will drive customer acquisition and optimize marketing investments across the region.

The role requires a 15+ year track record in search advertising and analytics, plus strong leadership of managers and staff.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.
• 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.
• Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
• Experience leading large paid search programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a $500M+ annual paid search program.
• Manage a high-performing digital marketing team across search campaigns.
• Use performance metrics and market insights to optimize investments.
• Drive enterprise marketing initiatives and provide executive insights.
• Manage partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Skai to shape strategy.
