- 10+ years in IT leadership roles
- 5+ years leading engineering or delivery teams
- Proven track record improving SDLC processes across teams
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations
- Ability to align technology delivery with business objectives
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of strategic technology initiatives and development projects
- Remove delivery roadblocks and escalate critical issues
- Ensure executive visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Standardize development practices and improve planning, estimation, and release management
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Provide regular executive reporting on delivery progress and performance
