Role

Vice President of Data Platform & Architecture — lead the data organization through directors and managers, focusing on strategic evolution of data engineering and platform architecture. Architect and scale distributed systems that can process petabyte-scale datasets and hundreds of billions of events. Drive a company-wide data vision and operating model in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Build self-service capabilities and improve developer experience to reduce time-to-delivery. Manage platform performance and cost efficiency, with transitions toward open-source technologies such as Airflow, Debezium, Iceberg, Trino, and Spark. Mentor international engineering teams, establishing frameworks for technical excellence and operational rigor.
