Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join our Plano team. You will design and execute testing and simulations, evaluate controls, and collaborate on comprehensive assessment reports to strengthen our security posture.

Experience in cloud security (IaaS/PaaS) and vulnerability management is essential, with a focus on staying ahead of evolving threats and aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, risk management, and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities, threats, designs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing and simulations – such as penetration tests, technical controls assessments, and contribute to assessment methodologies and tools.
• Evaluate controls for effectiveness and automate control evaluation where possible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop assessment reports with findings and remediation recommendations.
• Utilize threat intelligence to stay informed about emerging threats and improve risk management strategies.
