A leading engineering firm is seeking a Vice President, Civil Engineering Project Manager to take charge of projects in Southern California. This position requires over 12 years of experience in civil engineering and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage key projects, and engage in business development efforts. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering and an Engineer license, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in civil engineering and infrastructure design.
• Engineer license required (California preferred).
• Experience as a project manager or deputy project manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management, growth and development of the Civil Engineering Transportation team.
• Lead the delivery of roadway and transportation projects.
• Support transportation business development efforts in California.
