Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a VP of Memory Architecture to guide multi‑generation memory roadmaps across mobile, automotive, XR, compute, IoT and edge AI.

You will own definitions for LPDDR, HBM, GDDR, UFS, NAND and emerging NVM, and drive 2.5D/3D stacking with chiplet integration. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to hit bandwidth, latency, power and BOM targets, while representing Qualcomm in standards groups and shaping supplier ecosystem strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of product management or related experience.
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in a large matrixed organization.
  • 2+ years of budgeting or project financials experience.
  • 2+ years of negotiating third‑party business agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the memory architecture roadmap for LPDDR, HBM, GDDR, UFS, NAND, and emerging NVM.
  • Defines multi-die and chiplet memory architectures including 2.5D/3D stacking.
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to meet performance KPIs (bandwidth, latency, power).
  • Represents Qualcomm in JEDEC and UFS/JESD standards committees.
  • Leads memory optimization for AI, compute, automotive, and XR workloads.
  • Develops supplier and ecosystem strategies for DRAM, NAND, packaging, and controllers.
