Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in developing/ deploying manufacturing processes to production.
- Experience with metal additive manufacturing and regulated serial production.
- Strong systems-level engineering knowledge across mechanical, thermal, and controls domains.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year technical roadmap for materials and integrated process development.
- Lead transition of new materials from development to repeatable production.
- Establish reviews, validation gates, and quality systems for scale-up.
